 UH College Suites, located at: 100 Union Drive in the middle of the University Heights campus has 4 and 2 bedroom suites. Students that make up the occupants in this modern building are from The Sage College of Albany, Albany College of Pharmacy, Albany Law School, and Albany Medical College. A small number of other students living in the building come from The College of St. Rose, Maria College, and UAlbany.
The students live independently from the resident programs of their respective colleges, yet UH College Suites works closely with each of these colleges to allow for some similar standards. The students in this building are provided with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week security within a locked facility. Access to the building is with a key fob.
Some of the several amenities include laundry facilities, owner management staff in the building Monday through Friday from 8:30 - 4:30 (a Public Safety officer is on duty after those hours), vending machines, a fitness room, a multimedia room and a short walk to the Albany College of Pharmacy's Student Union.
Recent renovations were made to every single suite that include updated suite lounge furniture, painting of each room in every suite, refinishing of all floors in the suites, Wi-Fi throughout the building and new for the 2012-2013 Academic year will be carpet and furniture replacement for all corridors and common areas.
